Returns & Exchange
-We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy on eyewear and contact lenses, from your delivery date.
-To protect our customers against fraudulent ,We only ship to credit card billing address. (with signature)
-All returns of eyewear and sunglasses are subjected to a 10% restocking fee.
-Please refer to the chart below for the appropriate return and exchange policy for each product:

Eyeglasses & Sunglasses
-1. Exchange is only acceptable for greater or equal value products. Customer is responsible for paying the price difference.
-2. Each item may only be returned once for exchange or refund. KerrisdaleOptical.com reserves the right to limit the number of returns and/or exchanges at any time.
-3. Any missing parts on eyewear and packaging may result in reject of return and exchange.
-4. Customer must use a trackable method with signature when returning to avoid lost of package. (Recommended with insurance). We will not be responsible for lost of return shipments.
-5. Customer must obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) for any return or exchange. Any packages returned without RA# will be rejected.
-6. All returns and exchanges must be shipped in the original package or in a sturdy box to prevent damage.

Warranty on Eyewear
We offer 365 days from delivery warranty on any manufacturing defect. Manufacturing defect warranty does not cover everyday use wear and tear, any accidental damages and cosmetic issues, such as scratches, paint chip, etc.
All warranty claims will be subject to review. All defective eyewear after reviewed may be returned for one time replacement.
Kerrisdale Optical reserves the right to make the final decision.
