Why PayPal Confirmed Address to Canada and USA?
-To protect our buyers against fraudulent ,We only ship to PayPal confirmed address. (with signature) within Canada and USA.
-We accept Paypal for the customers outside the Canada and USA.(Ship to PayPal confirmed Address only)
RMA number and Restocking fee.
– We are not able to cancel or make any changes to order once it has been shipped. Should customer wants to make any changes, please call our office for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and ship the item to our Return Department within 7 days.
-We do not accept any returns without RMA number.
-All returns of eyeglasses and sunglasses are subjected to 5% restocking fee.

What shipping method do you use?
Orders will ship out within 1- 2 business days from the order date and should arrive within 2-8 business days depending on your selection of shipping options.
We use Canada Post and other couriers with tracking and signature. It takes up to the following business days to ship within and outside of Canada*:
- Local: 2-3 days (Great Vancouver)
- Regular: 5-8 Days
- Expedited: 3-5 Days
- Xpresspost: 2-3 Days (Insured)-Recommended
- United States: (within the contiguous 48 U.S. states)
- Free Ground Shipping USA: 5-8 Days
- Expedited USA: 4-5 Days
- Xpress USA: 2-3 Days (Insured) -Recommended
-Outside of North America: Worldwide Expedited(3-5 Business Days)

How long does it take for my order to ship?
-Orders will ship out within 2 business days from the order date.
-if you choose Express Shipping Option
-In-stock items will be shipped out the same day if orders are placed by 1:00 pm PST during business days (Mon.-Fri.)
-Orders placed during the weekends will be shipped out on the next business day.
Non-prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses will ship within 1-2 business days from when your order is placed.
If the item is on backorder or out of stock, we will notify you by email the approximate date when it will become available. In most cases, backorder items will take 10-15 business days to be shipped.

All contact lenses will be shipped within 3-5 business days from when your order is placed, including toric/astigmatism and multifocal lenses. Should any contact lenses become on backorder, we will notify you by email the approximate date when it will become available.
How do I track my order and shipment?
Latest updates for orders are always available in MyAccount. You can log into MyAccount to view your order status and shipment information.
An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order has been shipped, which includes a tracking number and instruction for how to track your order online. Tracking number is only available for local and regional shipments.
Will I be charged taxes?
In North America, prescription products — including prescription glasses, prescription sunglasses, and contact lenses — do not incur sales tax at the point of purchase.
Non-prescription products will incur the tax rate below according to your region:
- British Columbia: 12% Tax (7% PST and 5% GST)
- Other Provinces: 5% Tax
